1. Who we are
Inalke is a service of Inalke Corporate Technologies, a subsidiary of Nxworth Technologies, Ltd. ("Inalke," "we," "us," or "our"). Inalke is building a service to help founders register their businesses in Ghana. This website (inalke.com) is currently a pre-launch page while the product is in development.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you visit inalke.com, sign up to be notified about launch, or otherwise interact with us — including through ads we run on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Once our registration product is live, we'll update this policy to cover the information involved in filing your business registration.
3. Information we collect
We collect information in a few ways:
- Information you give us directly — such as your email address when you join our waitlist, or anything you send us by email.
- Information collected automatically — such as your IP address, browser and device type, general location (city/country level), pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site (for example, from a Meta ad).
- Information from advertising platforms — when you interact with our ads or visit our site after clicking one, Meta may share aggregated or pseudonymous performance data with us (see Section 4).
4. Cookies & tracking, including Meta Ads
We use cookies and similar technologies (like the Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns on Meta platforms.
The Meta Pixel may collect data such as your browser and device information, pages visited on our site, and actions you take (like submitting the waitlist form). This helps us measure how effective our ads are and, where applicable, show relevant ads to people who may be interested in Inalke. Meta's use of this data is governed by Meta's own Privacy Policy, and you can manage how Meta uses your data for ads through your Meta Ad Preferences.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect how parts of our site work.
5. How we use information
- To notify you when Inalke launches or when features you've asked about become available
- To understand how people find and use our site, so we can improve it
- To measure and improve the performance of our advertising, including on Meta platforms
- To respond to messages you send us
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Data retention
We keep waitlist emails and related data for as long as needed to notify you about launch and improve our service, or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics and ad-related data is retained according to the relevant platform's own retention settings (for example, Meta's).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict how we use your personal information, and to object to or opt out of certain uses (including for marketing). If you're in Ghana, these rights are provided in part under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), overseen by Ghana's Data Protection Commission. If you're located elsewhere, you may have additional rights under your local law (for example, the EU/UK GDPR).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. You can unsubscribe from our waitlist emails at any time using the link in those emails, or by contacting us directly.
9. Children's privacy
Inalke is intended for business founders and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.
10. International data transfers
We may use service providers and advertising partners (such as Meta) that process data outside Ghana, including in the United States and other countries. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be protected in line with this policy.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Inalke develops, particularly once our registration product launches and starts processing filing information. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and post material changes on this page.
